TürkçeOur project, located in one of the most elegant points of Erenköy, consists of 97 independent sections and offers 2+1 and 3+1 type apartment options. The earthquake resistance calculation of this structure, which will be built with modern engineering techniques, has been kept at the highest level. This project is a site concept with 7/24 private security. The project includes 2 outdoor swimming pools in separate sections. The aim is to save electricity in the structure thanks to the solar energy panels on the roof. In addition, a special system will be established for rainwater to be collected and used in common areas. A charging station will be built for electric vehicles.
